Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Explorer Pest Management, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit our landing pages, contact us by phone, or submit our contact form.

Information We Collect

When you submit our contact form or call the number listed on our site, we may collect:

  • Your name
  • Phone number
  • Email address (optional)
  • Details about the service you are requesting
  • Preferred time to contact you
  • Information automatically logged by our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your service request and schedule appointments
  • Send you a quote, estimate, or follow-up communication
  • Keep records of customer interactions for service quality and warranty purposes
  • Comply with our legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and Tracking

Our contact form is provided by our lead-form and customer-relationship management (CRM) provider and loads when the page opens so that you can submit a request at any time, whether or not you accept cookies. So that we can tell which ad or page prompted your inquiry, the form provider records how you reached this page — the page address, the referring website, and any advertising click identifiers contained in the link you followed — and assigns a random identifier to group your visit. This information is used only to attribute your inquiry and stays with our CRM provider; it is separate from the advertising and analytics tools described below.

To display that form and keep it secure, a small number of strictly necessary items are stored on your device whenever the form loads. These are not used for advertising and are present regardless of your cookie choice:

  • Bot protection — a security cookie (__cf_bm) set by the form's content-delivery network to tell real visitors from automated traffic. It expires after about 30 minutes.
  • Form display storage — local browser storage (embedded_iframe_inline-*) the form uses to render correctly and keep its state on the page. It holds no advertising identifiers.

Whether those advertising, analytics, call-tracking, and fraud-prevention tools load when you arrive or only after you opt in depends on the cookie banner shown on the page and on your location:

  • In some regions these tools do not load at all until you click Accept; until then none of them load and no advertising or analytics cookies are set.
  • In other regions they may load when you arrive, and you can turn them off at any time by clicking Reject.

Either way, clicking Reject — or sending a Global Privacy Control signal — stops these tools and deletes the advertising cookies they set, and no call-tracking or recording of your visit takes place. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the page footer.

When active, we use the following providers to measure our Google Ads and improve our service:

ProviderPurposeCookies / identifiersTypical duration
Google AdsMeasure ad clicks and conversions_gcl_au, _gcl_*, _gac_*Up to 90 days
Google Analytics (GA4)Measure site usage and traffic sources_ga, _ga_*Up to 2 years

CallRail / call trackingAttribute phone calls to the ad that drove themcalltrk_*Up to 1 year

Meta (Facebook) PixelMeasure form-lead conversions (bundled with the request form; runs per your cookie choice)_fbp, _fbcUp to 90 days

These providers run only according to your cookie choice and your region — in some regions only after you click Accept, in others until you click Reject. Clicking Reject, or sending a Global Privacy Control signal, stops them and no advertising or analytics cookies are set.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal: if your browser sends GPC, we treat it as an opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and do not load these providers, even if you have not interacted with the banner.

You can also opt out of personalized Google advertising at adssettings.google.com.

Call Tracking and Recording

Calls to the phone numbers shown on this site may be routed through a call-tracking provider that records which ad or page led to the call. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. When a call is recorded, you will hear a notice at the start of the call.

How We Share Information

We share information only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate our business (call tracking, hosting, email delivery, CRM)
  • Google, for ad measurement and conversion reporting
  • Law enforcement or other parties when required by law
